Northbound Hutchinson River Parkway Now Cleared In Rye Brook

The northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Ridge Street and King Street in Rye Brook near the Greenwich, Conn., border reopened Monday afternoon after one lane was blocked four hours as a result of a tractor trailer hitting the overpass.
