The Port Chester Council for the Arts' annul Art 10573 featuring professional artists with connections to Port Chester and Rye Brook starts Oct. 12. The exhibition is set to run from noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 12 at Crawford Park Mansion, 122 N. Ridge St. in Rye Brook, according to a press release from the arts group.
