New Director Of Child Care Named At White Plains YMCA

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Elizabeth Lavine Russell has been named child-care director at the White Plains YMCA , Executive Director Tom Hay announced. Russell brings a wealth of child-care and pre-school experience to the Y. She will be responsible for managing the infant/toddler, pre-school, Universal Pre-K and after-school programs at the White Plains Y branch and in the Scarsdale, Rye Brook and White Plains school districts.
