An Illinois-based real estate investment firm has purchased the White City Shopping Center on Route 9 for $97 million. Inland Real Estate Income Trust Inc., based in Oak Brook, Ill., bought the 257,080-square-foot shopping center from a joint venture of Charter Realty & Development Corp. of Rye Brook, N.Y., and the Acadia Strategic Opportunity Fund III.
