Dorothy Cairo, Former Rye Brook Resident, 86

Dorothy Cairo, a former Port Chester and Rye Brook resident, died in her East Haven, Conn., home of bone cancer, at age 86. Cairo, known as Dot, was born on June 19, 1928, in West Haven, Conn., to the Alessandro and Jennie Franceschini. When Cairo was 3 years old, her family moved to Port Chester.
