The Rye Brook Board of Trustees authorized the issuance of a $750,000 bond to purchase the municipal garage at 511 West William Street at its meeting Aug. 19. The Town of Rye is selling the property, a 31,7000 square-foot highway garage, to Rye Brook for $685,000 as part of its downsizing efforts.
