Tired of continuously adjourning a fourth public hearing on Reckson Operating Partnership L. P.'s application for a special permit and amended site plan to build an ice arena at 1100 King Street, The Rye Brook Board of Trustees set a final hearing date of Nov. 12 at its Board meeting last night.
