STORY:
When Gary Stracuzzi, Democratic Campaign Committee Charmain sent Jananne "I Am So Phony" Abel a letter giving valid reasons why the Democrats would not be attending my candidate interviews it was supposedly too late to print the letter in the paper.
Oh Please, Jananne try and save what little credibility you have left.
You did not have time to be fair and balanced and print the democrat letter explaining their concerns about the Westmore News not being open minded in it's coverage of the Town Of Rye.
But you had time to write pages and pages about how you are taking the letter as a personal insult, because it dare questions your coverage of the election up to this point.
Oh Please, Jananne you are not fooling anyone in Port Chester, but yourself.
The Westchester Fair Campaign Practices Committee cited Joe Carvin, The Rye Town Republicans and the Westmore News for mile long letters that they repeatedly labeled as unfair and unsubstantiated.
You knew that Carvin's claims about the Town Of Rye were false, but you printed them anyway. Where was the Professionalism and fact checking that a fair and balanced editor should have provided.
You pulled the same crap when you let John Boggi use a headline that trivialized the horrific acts of Nazi madman.
The New York Times and The Journal News would have never printed a headline that read....
"Goebbels Has Nothing On Moribito"
When the shocked readers of the Westmore News complained bitterly about the headline you wrote that you did not write the headline.
But you sure as hell approved that disgusting headline.

In the past 20 years you have rejected or edited hundreds of editorial headlines, but this disgusting headline appeared unedited.
You even edited my last editorial and it's headline to the Westmore News.
So why have the editorial page rules changed this Rye Town campaign season?
Could it be because Bernie "I Forgot To Pay 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel got caught cheating on his property taxes and his Blind Brook School taxes?
Could it be that Bernie "I Forgot To Pay Over 100 Property Tax Bills" Abel lost in court and is now appealing his conviction?
Please, Jananne "I Am So Phony" Abel you are not fooling anybody but yourself.
The people of Rye Brook and Port Chester are a hell of a lot smarter than you think, and you are just as silly as you look if you think that they don't see that you have violated almost every journalistic code that ever existed.
The few readers that the Westmore News has left can no longer tell a news story from an editorial or a political ad. The Hopelessly biased Westmore News has became one big anti-Democratic Blur.
